What changes when it's TechTrack
not a solo hire

06 — Quality, price & trust

The three questions every agency asks first

Quality isn't negotiable

Every build is scoped and reviewed by the founder before it ships. If it doesn't match the brief, we fix it — no extra charge, no argument.

Priced for where we build

The same senior-led process costs less to run from Pakistan than a UK/US hire or local agency rate. That gap becomes your margin, not our markup.

Start small, not with a contract

New to us? Start with one small, fixed-price task instead of a retainer — see the code and the communication before you commit to more.

07 — Why agencies choose us

Capacity without the hiring overhead

Confidentiality first

NDA signed before scope is discussed. We're contractually invisible to your client.

Senior-led delivery

The founder scopes and reviews every build — no junior hand-offs mid-project.

Your tools, your repos

We work inside your project management and version control, not ours.

Overlap that works

Pakistan afternoons run into UK evenings and US mornings — real-time syncs, not just async.

Built for overflow, too

Already run an in-house or agency team? We pick up the extra work they can't absorb this sprint — no hiring, no managing a freelancer, just capacity when you need it.

08 — FAQ

What agencies usually ask first

Everything you need to know about how the partnership works. Can't find your answer? Send us a brief and ask directly.

Will our client ever find out you're involved?

Not from us. We don't contact clients, don't brand deliverables, and don't reference the work publicly without written sign-off. That's the entire model, not an add-on.

Can you sign our NDA instead of yours?

Yes — we'll work from whichever paper your legal team prefers, before any project detail is shared.

Who actually touches the code?

A small, senior-led team. The founder scopes and reviews every build personally before it's demoed to you.

What if we need to bring you onto a client call?

That's entirely your decision — we can join as "TechTrack," as your team, or not at all, depending on what you've told the client.

Time zone — how does overlap actually work?

We run PKT (UTC+5). That lands inside UK afternoons and US East Coast mornings, so a same-day sync is normal, not a special request.

In the founder's words

Every brief lands on my desk first. I scope it, I review the build, and I sign off before it ships — so the agency handing it to their client is handing over work I'd put my own name on, even though I never do.

How We Work

How the white-label relationship actually works

Built for agencies and product companies in the UK and US who'd rather partner on delivery than pay local rates or manage freelancers solo.

Process

Brief to hand-off

Confidential brief received

01 · NDA before anything technical

We sign your NDA or ours — whichever your legal team prefers — before we ask a single question about the client or the codebase.

01
02

02 · Scope & quote, 24–48 hours

Fixed-price for defined scope, or a day-rate for a dedicated pod. No discovery fee, no obligation to proceed.

03 · Build inside your workflow

Jira, Linear, Asana, whatever you already run — we work inside it. Repos live on your GitHub/GitLab org, not ours.

03
04

04 · Weekly demo, your time zone

One recurring call in your working hours. No surprises at hand-off.

05 · QA & documentation

Test coverage and a written handover doc, so your team — or your next vendor — can pick it up cold.

05
06

06 · Silent hand-off

No TechTrack branding in the code, commits, or comments. You present it, you own it.

Confidentiality

What "white-label" actually means here

Every safeguard below is written into the NDA before any technical detail changes hands — a contract term, not a promise.

NDA signed before
a single detail is shared
01 / 03
01

We never contact your client

Every message, invoice and support ticket during a build stays between TechTrack and your team — nothing reaches the end client directly. If you want us on a call with them, that's your call to invite us, not ours to ask.

02

No portfolio use without sign-off

We don't publish a client's name, logo, or screenshots publicly unless you explicitly clear it in writing. Case studies default to "client withheld."

03

Correspondence can carry your name

Every client-facing message during a build goes out from a handle on your domain — yourname@youragency.com, your own Slack — never ours

Engagement models

Four ways to work with us

Quality is fixed, not a tier — the founder reviews every build on every plan below. Rates are set for where the team is based, not padded to match UK/US agency rates — that currency gap is real, and it's why the numbers below work.

About

The team your client will never meet — and never needs to

A small studio, on purpose

TechTrack is run out of Faisalabad, Pakistan, by a small team that stays deliberately small so every build gets senior attention. founding story: when, first project, why white-label — 3 to 4 lines

We work for agencies and product teams, never end consumers — which means our reputation is built entirely on quiet, reliable delivery, not on public case studies.

Fixed point of contact

One person accountable for your brief from quote to hand-off.

No bench, no juniors-only

We take on what the current team can review properly, not more.

Your stack, not a template

Supabase, Laravel, React Native — matched to what the client's brief actually needs.
